Huynh Landscape Service agreement

 Effective as of 6/15/2025

This Landscaping Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Huynh Landscape LLC (“Contractor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the client (“Client”, “you” or “your”) requesting landscaping services. By hiring or engaging with Huynh Landscape LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

We will provide landscaping services as agreed upon in your estimate or invoice, which may include but are not limited to: lawn mowing, planting, pruning, mulching, hardscaping, seasonal cleanups, irrigation system installation or maintenance, and other general landscaping services.

Any changes or additions to the agreed-upon scope must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges.

We will make reasonable efforts to perform services on the scheduled date(s). Weather or other unforeseen circumstances may cause rescheduling.

You agree to provide access to the property, including access to gates, driveways, or areas required for equipment and work. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling and additional charges.

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in the invoice. Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

For larger projects, a deposit or progress payments may be required. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cease services until the balance is paid.

You are responsible for:

• Notifying us of underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hidden hazards.
   
• Removing or securing pets and personal property from the service area.
   
• Complying with HOA or municipal rules applicable to landscaping work.
   

We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities or structures.

We strive for quality in all our work. Plant materials are not guaranteed due to the variability of care, weather, and soil conditions unless otherwise stated in writing. Workmanship on hardscaping may carry a limited warranty, provided maintenance conditions are met.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huynh Landscape LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In such case, the Client will be responsible for payment for all services performed up to the date of termination.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By requesting or continuing to receive services from Huynh Landscape LLC, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Agreement.
